About

My name is Christopher J. Snowdon. I love to draw!

I draw, design websites, create 3D models and environments, but mostly I draw. I've been doing illustration professionally for over ten years now. Comics, book covers, storyboarding for television and art for collectible card games. In my spare time I've taken up CG modelling and environment design for videogames and even landed a few jobs through that.

At present I am an illustrator, designer and resident comic artist for Animation Collective, an animation studio in Manhattan. I also do a bit of freelance work when I have the time, such as consulting for and speaking at some local schools.

The Web Comic

"Attack of the Amazing Flying Spud" began as a fun little project to entertain myself and highschool classmates during the mid to late 90's.

On May 1st, 2004, I dug out those original pages and began to redraw it as a full colour web comic. Aside from a few breaks here and there, I've kept it going right on to the present.

Apologies for the old HTML. I need to move the comic to a web host that supports PHP.
